Lemon Butter Biscuits
These little lemon biscuits are delicious and easy to make - You will never need to buy biscuits again.
Serves - 30 pieces Cook in - 20 minutes Difficulty - super easy
Ingredients
150 g butter at room temperature
150 g sugar
2 eggs
350 g self-rising flour
1 lemon zest
1 pinch sea salt
Place the sugar, butter, salt and lemon zest together into a bowl.
Beat well until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.
Finally add the flour.
Form the biscuits.
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet with a buttered paper.
Bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
Lovely with a good cup of tea
